Managing applications to join

A user can either be invited to join the organisation OR make a manual request to join the organisation.

If they make a manual request, the admins will be notified by email. To accept or decline the application:

  • Head over to the portal and login.
  • Click on your organisation
  • Scroll down to the Applications section. All new applications will be available there.
  • Simply click accept or deny on the new applications.

The user will be notified if their application is accepted.
