Registers
The Abtrace tool includes multiple lists of patients that can be shown. Amongst this lists are various registers, including QoF registers and Other registers. The other registers currently available include:
- Care home
- Housebound
- High risk drug monitoring in secondary care
- Palliative care
More information is available below for how patients can be added or removed from each register. If the relevant code is added, the patient will be added/removed from the register the next day.
